Dr. Lorei, has been a part of Harrisburg area community since 2008. A native of Erie, Pennsylvania, Dr. Lorei received his Bachelor of Science Degree (Summa Cum Laude), in Biology, from the University of Pittsburgh in 1998. He remained at the University of Pittsburgh receiving his Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree in 2001, graduating with the distinction of Valedictorian. In 2004, Dr. Lorei received his Certificate in Orthodontics and a Master’s of Science Degree in Oral Biology from the University of Maryland. Dr. Lorei has always had a passion for education. He continually strives to not only further his education but places great value and importance on empowering patients and their families through providing them information regarding their orthodontic treatment and overall dental health. Dr. Lorei has published in Seminars in Orthodontics, a highly respected orthodontic journal.
Following the completion of his orthodontic training, Dr. Lorei, honored a commitment to the United States Air Force, which led him to the other side of the Pacific. Stationed at Yokota Air Base in Tokyo Japan, he served as Chief of Orthodontic Services.
As part of his philosophy to incessantly deliver excellence in both orthodontic treatment and patient care, Dr. Lorei attends continuing education courses and seminars to obtain additional knowledge and expertise in the latest advances and techniques in orthodontics. Dr. Lorei is an active member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, the Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, the Harrisburg Area Dental Society in which he currently serves as the Chair of the Community Service and National Childrens Dental Health Month Committee and Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.
Dr. Lorei, his wife Dr. Sarah Lorei, a general dentist in the Harrisburg area, along with their children Leila, Cameron, and Ava currently reside in Enola. Outside of orthodontics, Dr. Lorei has a passion for classic cars, enjoys coaching soccer, running and seeing the world with his family.
